Let's End the Recession Now...
Refresh America is an entrepreneurial movement created by Carl Senne to end the American recession sooner rather than later. Carl strongly believes together we can make a difference across the country. We welcome you to our group and our cause to Refresh America.
Everyone knows that the recession started with loose lending practices approving mortgage loans that were destined to fail. As loans began to default across our country everyone has experienced the effects. When we look at the series of events that took place up till today Feb 13th, 2010 we have to ask ourselves, is the recession almost over?
Are there still more loans that will default? More families that will be foreclosed upon? Better yet, what effect does this have on our Nations banking system? Where is the bottom and when does it end?
If it began with lending and the real estate industry it will end with the lending and real estate industry. Over the next two years especially, there will be a percentage of homeowners that will not qualify for loan modifications and be foreclosed upon. Some of these homes will be sold at auction while a good majority of them will become REO properties (non-performing assets) for the banks.
This inventory hinders a banks ability to make loans and until most of it is absorbed our economy is headed in the wrong direction. That’s where Refresh America comes in.
What is Carl Senne up to these days?
A three prong approach.
1.) I'm creating a fundraiser for a marketing campaign in which I will compete for a large grant in the pepsi refresh contest. If you havn't heard about it on the radio visit: http://www.refresheverything.com Our cause is much larger than the current leaders in the running.
2.) I'm designing the marketing campaign, strategic alliances and choosing the internal team members to insure a successful campaign for the grant.
3.) Once the grant money is awarded, it will be used to build and maintain a national database of Cash Buyers wanting to invest in excess inventory and wholesale properties across our country.
How does this benefit you? I believe building this buyers list nationwide allows us to proactively move excess inventory, reset the absorption ratios, and bend time on the road to recovery. From an economic standpoint not only does it benefit you, it benefits our Country.
Additionally, if you're a wholesaler ask yourself this... What would my wholesale business look like if I could turn to Refresh America for a nationwide list of cash buyers?
Could you close more deals? Could you focus all of your efforts on finding your next deal vs. trying to sell your last?
This project is a huge undertaking and will require your support in winning.
